Tai Chi Classes
Traditional Practice
We believe that Tai Chi and its benefits are a vital part of wellbeing and health, especially as we grow older. The benefits of Tai Chi meet the NHS guidance for regular, appropriate physical activity. We use existing online material so people can practise between classes, but we believe face‑to‑face teaching is essential to support safe, effective practice.

Yang-style Focus
Master the foundational principles of Tai Chi through the traditional Yang-style long form. This slow, deliberate practice cultivates deep internal energy and enhances physical coordination for all levels.
Qi Gong Flow
Deepen your practice with Qi Gong, a series of gentle movements and breathing techniques designed to harmonize the body's energy and promote mental clarity and long-term wellness.

Guided by Expertise
With over two decades of dedicated practice and teaching, I bring a deep understanding of the Yang-style forms. My approach is rooted in the traditional principles of balance, harmony, and the mindful cultivation of Qi, ensuring that every student finds their own path to wellness and inner peace.
"Tai Chi is not just a martial art, but a way of life. It teaches us to move with grace and stillness, finding strength in the soft and balance in the stillness."
